The European Football Pool holds one ordinary General Assembly of Delegates and numerous board meetings a year.

While most board meetings take place in Switzerland, the General Assemblies are hosted by a different member lottery every year. While only members are entiteled to vote, any interested regulated sports lottery may be attending the yearly events upon invitation.
